Plan A Visit

Welcome to The River

The River Bible Church is an authentic, Christ-centered community where people grow together in their knowledge of God.

As a Reformed, independent church, we are committed to loving God, loving people, and teaching the Bible clearly and faithfully.

Rooted in historic Christianity and engaged with today's world, we emphasize the careful study and practical application of God's Word so that faith shapes everyday life.

We know visiting a church for the first time can feel intimidating. Our goal is to make your visit easy, welcoming, and comfortable. You don't need to dress up, know anyone, or worry about standing out.

You belong here!

Kids Love Our Church!

Our kids ministry is a safe, welcoming environment where children are loved, protected, and taught the truth of God's Word. We prioritize security through check-in procedures, trained volunteers, and clear safety standards so parents can worship with confidence.

Our children's programs are led by caring, well-prepared women and men who are trained to teach the Bible faithfully while making learning fun, engaging, and age-appropriate.

You can feel confident bringing your kids. Newborns through age 4 may join their class 10 minutes before each service. Children in Kindergarten through 5th grade begin the service in the sanctuary with their families so we can worship and take communion together.

Please note: Nursery, preschool, and elementary are offered at all services.

Community

Connect & Grow Together

Our discipleship groups are designed to help you grow deeper in God's Word and stronger in Christian community.

Meeting at the church and in homes, these groups focus on studying Scripture, applying it to daily life, and encouraging one another to live on mission.

With groups for men, women, families, couples, and young people, along with classes taught by our pastor and deacons, there is a place for everyone to connect, grow, and build lasting relationships.

Common Questions

We'd Love to Meet You

Feel free to stay after the service to meet our pastor and connect with others.

We're a people-focused church, and you can expect a warm, genuine welcome. Smiles, handshakes, and friendly conversation are part of who we are. We're deeply committed to Jesus and the study of God's Word — not just hearing it, but living it out together. We will not embarrass you, have you stand up, or ask you to give money.
